Indication

THERAPEUTIC PROPERTIES/INDICATIONS

  • Otitis externa with an intact tympanum, particularly infected eczema of the external auditory meatus.

  • Incised acute otitis media.

Dosing

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
Warm the bottle gently in your hands before use.
Adults: Use as an earbath (1 to 5 drops), twice a day for 6 to 10 days.
Children: Use as an earbath (1 to 2 drops), twice a day depending on age, for 6 to 10 days.
Tilt the head to one side for several minutes.
The usual duration of treatment should not exceed 10 days.
In general, it is recommended not to use this product under pressure.

Contraindications

CONTRAINDICATIONS

  • Hypersensitivity to one of the constituents.

  • Hypersensitivity to another product of the aminoside family.

  • Known or suspected perforation of the tympanic membrane.

  • Fungal or viral infection of the external auditory canal including chickenpox or Herpes simplex infections.
